RESOLUTION R-21-31
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY REPLAT OF A PORTION OF TRACT C, SEBASTIAN LAKES UNIT 1, FOR A PROJECT KNOWN AS BROOK'S 512 COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT, CONTAINING 2 LOTS AND CONSISTING OF 2.04 ACRES, LOCATED ON SEBASTIAN BOULEVARD BETWEEN THE NORTH COUNTY LIBRARY AND THE ENTRANCE TO SEBASTIAN LAKES SUBDMSION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, WILL HOLD A QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING APPROVAL OF THE ABOVE RESOLUTION AT A REGULAR MEETING TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2021 AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, 1225 MAIN STREET, SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MAY INSPECT THE PROPOSED RESOLUTION AND PRELIMINARY PLAT IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT AT CITY HALL, 1225 MAIN STREET, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 8 AM. TO 4:30 P.M., AND MAY APPEAR AT THE HEARING AND PRESENT TESTIMONY WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPOSED RESOLUTION AND PRELIMINARY PLAT.

No stenographic record by a certified court reporter will be made of the foregoing meeting. Any person
who decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at this
meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the
testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be heard. (F.S.286.0105)
