Vendors responding to a formal solicitation are not required to complete a Vendor Registration Packet until an award is made.

Vendor Registration

All contractors who perform services on City property must provide an insurance certificate. The City of Sebastian’s insurance requirements are included in this packet.

Purchase Orders

The City of Sebastian processes all Purchase Orders (POs) electronically. The City’s Terms and Conditions are associated with all Purchase Orders. These Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated. The Procurement Manager and City Attorney must approve any exception to these Terms and Conditions.
