The urban design recommendations, development of conceptual districts, and specific site recommendations presented are intended to be phased throughout the life of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to ensure gradual and progressive redevelopment of the area as funding becomes available.
Planning Recommendations
Recommendations from the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council’s (TCRPC) 2000 and 2001 charrettes have also been incorporated into the redevelopment plan.
