Sebastian Municipal Airport has over 80 acres of property available for lease, for both aviation and non-aviation businesses. Leasing property at the airport allows businesses to focus their financial resources on their facility rather than on the acquisition of land. The airport offers terms up to 30 years and attractive lease rates. We have space to construct business facilities available near the Eastside entrance to the Airport. All utilities will be available on these sites. There are also several areas on the west side, both inside and outside the security perimeter for development, in various sizes and condition. We anticipate most growth to come on the northwest portion of the airport, as the new Taxiway Golf project and associated Apron move into construction phases.
