Come and join your friends and neighbors for a complete full body workout. This invigorating and fun class will help build and maintain your cardiovascular fitness level, improve your strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility and challenge your balance. The format of this moderate intensity, low-impact workout includes a general warm-up and stretching, approximately 30 minutes of cardio, strength/balance training segment, floor-work and ends with gentle stretching for flexibility. Body Bars, Bosu Balls, Bender Balls, Medicine Balls, Gliding Discs, Foam Rollers and Resistance Bands are provided. Please bring your own hand weights, towel, water and mat.
