Pursuant to Florida State Statute Section 166.0451, counties and cities are required to update and electronically publish the inventory of publicly owned properties that may be appropriate for affordable housing development. City staff has reviewed its list of City owned properties and determined via Resolution R-24-49, adopted on September 11, 2024, that the following parcels are suitable for development of affordable housing:
1. Tuxedo Terrace, Sebastian, FL 32958
2. Concha Drive, Sebastian, FL 32958
3. Barber Street, Sebastian, FL 32958
